Baxon was founded by
a group of former private equity / buyout
professionals and management consultants
that identified the need to develop
a tool to bring GPs closer to their
portfolio companies, leveraging on new
breed of technologies that emerged with
the global adoption of the internet.
Therefore, we are a multidisciplinary
group that combines the knowledge of
the requirements of a private equity
group and the concerns of the management
teams of their portfolio companies,
with the development expertise of a
team of IT professionals specialized
in Microsoft programming languages such
as ASP, .NET and SQL.
The scope of our engagements
extend beyond the provision of a state-of-the-art
software for monitoring the performance
of portfolio companies, to include truly
end-to-end solutions that include consulting
on aspects such as suggesting reporting
improvements, training to PE teams on
the use of the software and complete
set up of our application.
