1) How much time
of the PE team is required to implement Baxon
PMS? The resources
involved in the implementation of Baxon
PMS on the PE firm side are one person from
the middle office, who is designated as
the system administrator, and eventually
a person or group from the front office
who will define the required reporting format
and structure. The system administrator
is involved in the first stage of the implementation
process, when requirements are defined,
and in the last phase, for training. Although
time and resources required for implementing
the system may vary according to a number
of parameters, an estimate of 15-20 hours
of the system administrator are enough to
accomplish a successful implementation.
End users only require basic user training,
which can be done in a 30 minutes session.

5) Are there
any limitations to integrate Baxon PMS to
other systems? The
open architecture of Baxon PMS, based on
SQL server database, allows it to be integrated
seamlessly with other existing systems,
although the need of integration is not
significant, due to the limited interface
of the monitoring process with back office
processes. |
